  1. Admissions Requirements for DPT<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility Criteria<\/strong>
    1. 12 Years of education completed from a recognized board in Pakistan.
    2. Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate\/A Levels with Pre-Medical.
    3. Overseas\/International candidates may also apply for admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. HSC Marks\u2026\u2026\u2026. 10%
    2. SSC Marks\u2026\u2026 \u2026. 20%
    3. Entrance Test\u2026\u2026 50% (100 Marks, Comprises of MCQs, Conducted by TIPHS)
    4. Interview\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026. 20% (50 Marks, Conducted by TIPHS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Attested copy of SSC \/ \u2018O\u2019 Level Certificate.
    2. Attested copy of HSC \/ \u2018A\u2019 Level Certificate.
    3. IBCC Equivalence for O & A Levels Certificates.
    4. Attested copy of SSC \/ \u2018O\u2019 Level Mark Sheet.
    5. Attested copy of HSC \/ \u2018A\u2019 Level Mark Sheet.
    6. Attested copy of NIC or \u2018B\u2019 Form of Applicant.
    7. Attested copy of NIC of Parents \/ Guardian.
    8. Attested copy of Domicile and Character Certificate.
    9. Applicant\u2019s five (05) passport size photographs.
    10. Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100, Attested by Notary Public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Technical Diploma in Physiotherapy (TDPT)<\/strong><\/li>
    6. Diploma in Nursing Assistant<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Qualification: <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Matric with science group (2nd<\/sup>\u00a0division)<\/li>
      • Candidates having second division in FSc premedical will get 20 extra marks in merit and Hafiz-Quran will get 10 extra marks.<\/li>
      • Age Limit:\u00a0<\/strong>35 years for males and females including Govt employees (no lower age limit)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
