1. Admissions Requirements for DPT

Eligibility Criteria
1. 12 Years of education completed from a recognized board in Pakistan.
2. Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate/A Levels with Pre-Medical.
3. Overseas/International candidates may also apply for admission.

Admission Criteria
1. HSC Marks………. 10%
2. SSC Marks…… …. 20%
3. Entrance Test…… 50% (100 Marks, Comprises of MCQs, Conducted by TIPHS)
4. Interview…………. 20% (50 Marks, Conducted by TIPHS)

Required Documents
1. Attested copy of SSC / ‘O’ Level Certificate.
2. Attested copy of HSC / ‘A’ Level Certificate.
3. IBCC Equivalence for O & A Levels Certificates.
4. Attested copy of SSC / ‘O’ Level Mark Sheet.
5. Attested copy of HSC / ‘A’ Level Mark Sheet.
6. Attested copy of NIC or ‘B’ Form of Applicant.
7. Attested copy of NIC of Parents / Guardian.
8. Attested copy of Domicile and Character Certificate.
9. Applicant’s five (05) passport size photographs.
10. Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100, Attested by Notary Public.

4. Laboratory Technician
5. Technical Diploma in Physiotherapy (TDPT)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 

• Matric with science group (2^nd division)
• Candidates having second division in FSc premedical will get 20 extra marks in merit and Hafiz-Quran will get 10 extra marks.
• Age Limit: 35 years for males and females including Govt employees (no lower age limit)

Required Documents

1. Attested copy of SSC / ‘O’ Level Certificate.
2. Attested copy of SSC / ‘O’ Level Mark Sheet.
3. Attested copy of NIC or ‘B’ Form of Applicant.
4. Attested copy of NIC of Parents / Guardian.
